Hi Future CDA Family!

I’m Nanu – a certified full spectrum doula i currently focus on birth and postpartum support, coaching, and facilitating lactation education and other topics. I am a calming presence who helps pregnant people and their family from all walks of life. As a board member at Portland Doula Association, I serve the Portland, OR community. I understand the cultural differences that many immigrant families face when it comes to balancing their parenting styles and values, and I equip families with tools to aid them on their birth journey. Please note that I am not a replacement for your partner or support person, but rather an additional source of support. 

My goal is to honor, empower, encourage, and educate YOU to seek out what is important to your family and provide support in whatever challenges you face during this journey.

I am thrilled to share my passion for supporting birthing people and their families as a Community Navigator and Taekwondo teacher. Whether I’m exploring new hiking trails or running on the soccer field, I am always thinking of new ways and am eager to help new mothers and nurture them back to health. My love for this work was passed down from generations before me, and I am privilege to be honoring, uplifting, and supporting birthing individuals every step of the way.
