My name is Flor and I am a certified birth and postpartum doula. As a doula, my role is to provide helpful resources to you and your family, and support in helping you through birth with physical and emotional support. I’m excited to be a trusted member of your birth team and guiding you throughout the prenatal period, providing support and resources through the birth and postpartum planning process, and providing emotional support for you and your partner(s) through a culturally specific, relevant, and congruent lens.

My goals are to support you in birth, provide resources, and build the birthing environment that brings you the most joy. I am here to walk beside you in this process!
