VOLUNTEER DAY #1
Tasks: writing ‘thank you’ cards and organizing CDA and G!G merch
WHEN: Friday, October 23, 2026
TIME: 1-3pm
VOLUNTEER DAY #2
Tasks: packing donor incentives and pre-labeling packages
WHEN: Friday, October 30, 2026
TIME: 5-7pm
Day Of Details
The volunteer days will be held at Community Doula Alliance Headquarters located at 1820 SW Vermont St, Suite A, Portland, OR 97219.
Parking is free and easily accessible in front of the building.
How To Show Up Ready for Volunteer Days
- Dress comfortably. Most activities will take place either seated or standing, depending on your desire. Minimal walking required.
- Light refreshments (fruit, grazing foods, drinks) will be available.
- While we love the littles, this event is 18+ in order to create a focused and efficient atmosphere to accomplish the tasks together in a timely manner
- All supplies, materials, and instruction will be provided. We just need YOU!

Can I bring my kids?
Unfortunately, not to this one. While we love the littles, this event is 18+ in order to create a focused and efficient atmosphere to accomplish the tasks together in a timely manner.
Can I bring a friend to help?
If the friend is 18+, we’d happily welcome them. We do encourage them to sign up via the forms so we have a proper head count for refreshments and day-of tasks.
What is Give!Guide?
Give!Guide is a major end-of-year- charitable fundraising campaign and online donation platform run by Willamette Week. We are excited to be participating in our 3rd year where we have raised close to $45k over the last two campaigns!
I can't make it. How else can I volunteer?
We understand schedules don’t always work out. You can volunteer by becoming a monthly donor to help support our growing programs.
