I’m Sara, and I love helping and caring for people as a birth doula.

I provide physical, emotional, and informational support during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum as well as helping to make informed decisions by explaining birth options and the birth process. I also ensure that the mother’s birth plan and preferences are heard and respected during birth.
