Mi nombre es Indira Shelley. Soy mexicana. Llevo casada 27 años y de ese matrimonio surgieron tres maravillosos hijos.

Estudié administración de empresas. Fue un trayecto difícil pero cuando te propones metas en tu vida y quieres ser exitosa, si, lo puedes lograr.

 

En estos momentos soy maestra de preescolar. Me fascina convivir con niños y he trabajado en el área de educación por más de 10 años. Mi segundo trabajo es ser doula que ha sido una experiencia hermosa para mi. El ayudar a estas mamás en su etapa de embarazo es algo que no puedo describir con palabras. El saber que ella puede contar con una persona para que las guíe y ayude a que su parto sea feliz, natural y exitoso. Me gusta trabajar con la comunidad en especial con la comunidad latina. Me gusta ayudar a las personas que para ellos el lenguaje es una barrera. Todavía tengo muchas metas por lograr en mi vida. Siempre me he dicho a mi misma: entre más preparada esté, más oportunidades tienes. Mi lema es: nada es posible si nunca tratas lo imposible.

I am currently a preschool teacher. I love working with children and I have worked in the area of education for more than 10 years. My second job is being a doula, which has been a beautiful experience for me. Helping mothers during their pregnancy is something I cannot describe in words. Knowing that she can count on someone to guide her and help make her birth happy, natural and successful. I like to work with the community, especially with the Latin community. I like to help people who for them language is a barrier. I still have many goals to achieve in my life. I have always told myself: the more prepared I am, the more opportunities you have. My motto is: nothing is possible if you never try the impossible.
